OVERVIEW

Oladipupo Olaitan Sunday is an Autodesk Trained Professional with Building Information Modeling (BIM) Knowledge, Associate member of the Nigerian institute of Architects (NIA), Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) in view with significant leadership & management experience in various roles that have spanned over six years. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BSc. Arch) from the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Edo State and Masters in Environmental Design (M.E.D) from the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos Nigeria. I have attended top quality training programmes including The Entrepreneur Academy TEA Lagos Nigeria organized by renowned institutes Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi (FIIRO)

I am an experienced and versatile Design, Construction and Facility manager, following the years of experience in Designs using Autodesk application software (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and 3ds MAX) construction, project management and supervision functions. As the Design Director at The Skyaphix Limited, Egbeda-Akowonjo, Lagos, I was able to design and supervise various design from conceptual development through working drawings to construction drawing designs. Also have the privilege to supervise the development of both interior and external construction of Calvary Bible Church Idimu Lagos, numerous Residential developments and many more. As the project manager at TempoHousing Nigeria Limited, I was also in charge of design department and site inspection of ISO Shipping Container Habitable Homes for offshore staff, construction of 100 staff ISO Shipping Container Habitable training and office space for Cardinalstone Registrars Limited Ikoyi, Lagos. As Project manager at The Builtforms Nigeria Limited I manage the construction of 4 floors of 3-bedroom luxury apartment for Nile Ville Nigeria Ltd Victoria Island Lagos, construction of 24 flat luxury apartment for Churchgate Vitoria Island Lagos, Construction of 8 floors 15nos. 3-bedroom luxury apartment Parkview Ikoyi Lagos Nigeria.

I am currently the Project Manager and Design Director at The Skyaphix Limited, Lagos, where I oversee a team of architects, construction engineers and technicians. I have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of projects, ensuring that records and documents are managed according to the organization’s format, providing direction for and coordinating the activities of workers on site, ensuring timely completion of projects, procurement and quality control.

Over the next few years, my major career objective is attainment of greater responsibilities in the field of Facility maintenance and management, Construction and Civil Engineering and development of the requisite skills. I also want to broadening my social responsibilities, by being more involved in people-development and other volunteered community development services.

My major strengths are my leadership, and managerial skills, particularly people-management and problem-solving skills. On the interpersonal side, I possess superior written, verbal, presentation and communication skills. This is complemented with strong marketing and negotiating skills as well as sound analytical and financial management capabilities. I am a creative and solution-oriented leader who has frequently been able to come up with new and innovative approaches to delivering marked results. I possess excellent diversity exposure and I work effectively with clients and people of diverse backgrounds.
