Each Project is air conditioned via basement level heat exchanger of capacities ranges from 900 TR to 1250 TR, which is connected to district cooling plant. There are secondary and tertiary chilled water pumps to serve the chilled water supply for individual apartments fan coil units, plant room fresh air handling units. There is a stair case pressurization fan to maintain positive pressure of air, while fire occurs. There is a lobby relief fan in mechanical floor to extract the smoke from common area and corridor, while fire occurs.

Maintenance Work Responsibilities:
1.Periodic checks of FAHU, AHU, FCU Pre filter and Bag filter, Strainers of Pumps, Chemical level and Water level of Chilled Water Circuit.
2.Resolving the issues like Motor Winding Problem, Thermostat and Actuator Repair Works
3.Ability to detect Mechanical faults in Equipments such as Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, and Chilled water pumps, Automatic Chemical and Pressurization Systems.
4.Ability to clear the issues related to Air Conditioning from Tennant Apartments
Other Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with the Material Suppliers and Equipments Suppliers to get the item in time.
