Roles & Responsibilities:

The main scope of the project is to changing the styling form the regular model, the changes done in this model is Export Hood, Fan Guard and some of the minor design changes as per the styling

My scope in this project is to take care of the vehicle packaging, design & development of new component like Fan Guard, Mounting Brackets, Pre-Cleaner, link Rod (Brake, clutch & Throttle) .& Pipe and Hoses (Radiator, Air cleaner, Fuel system & Steering)

Interacting with other supporting aggregate teams (Rear Axle, Front Axle, Hydraulic

& Electrical) for releasing the model in various stages like Alpha, Beta & Production.

Stack-up calculation for Critical Components and Support for Creating the Design Guide line.

Project Name: - MF 9500 Eco

Roles & Responsibilities:

Scope of the project is to reduce the cost from the regular model’s by removing the addition Features.

Based on the Marketing team requirement of Cost Reduction we eliminate some of the addition features (Difflock & Deflector) and Implemented low cost feature by replacing instead of high cost (Front axle, Seat, Exhaust & Turbo Guard)

My Scope in this project is to verify and create the new layout by removing and replacing of features to match with the regular parts.

Creating the Add-Del list for the Components and proceed to further process like releasing the model up to production.

Project Name: - MF 9500 with Inline FIP J-Grille

Roles & Responsibilities:

For the straw reaper application we had introduced this J-Grill Concept.

While using the existing tractor in this application this will go and hold at the front of the vehicle due to this sufficient air will not get to the radiator, to solve that issue we implement the New J-Grill by replacing the Front plastic Wrapper.

Another major requirement from the Marketing team is to change the Engine from Rotatory engine with Inline FIP Engine for the Cost Reduction and in this model only we have introduced the new Fuel Tank for the improvement in styling, for this changes we packaged the vehicle and proceed for the regular process. Project Name: - MF 9500 TREM-IV Engine (On-Progress...) Roles & Responsibilities:

As per the government norms above 50HP vehicle should meet the emission norms, for this we replace the engine from T-III to T-IV.

This engine will control most of the function by electronics, this engine contains CRDI (Common Rain Direct Ignition), DOC (De-oxidation Catalyst) & ECU

(Electronic Control Unit), EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

Major Changes Due to this Engine is Fuel Tank & Bulkhead, for this Changes we Developed new concept, drawing creation and layout packaging, and also take care of product up to production. Addition activities such as Add-Del Preparation & Stack up calculation.
