Launched to cause creative collisions between administrators, faculty, staff, students and a community of business owners and entrepreneurs, the Collaboration Center is a major Johnson County Community College initiative and co-working space that provides full-service operations, state-of-the-art technology, programming and research support across the disciplines. As the director, I set the vision, strategy, operations, finances and programming and hire and lead the talent ensuring performance and growth. Under the umbrella of the Collaboration Center we served over 31,000 in the greater Kansas City and Overland Park region with specialty programming brought to the public by our Faculty Advisory Committee. We have served over 35 companies that were trying to launch or refine their businesses providing them marketing and digital media solutions. We also provide connections between top level talent and businesses, launch virtual and online operations and host high-profile speakers. We continue to serve as an incubator of new ideas that influence and impact operations throughout the college.

Consulted on business and program development focusing on finance and budgeting, marketing, staffing, technology infrastructure and organizational and talent management.
