I assist General Manager by daily running of the branch, and making sure that the branch meets budget and revenue. Support the GM by assuring that quarterly promotions are actively running internal and external, and that the overall expenses of the branch are in line with the budget. Check adverting material are in accordance with current gaming activities, making sure we comply with the gambling board rules and regulation. Send my daily shift report and assure that internal procedures are followed by staff members at all times. Train staff on customer care conducted regularly. Every month hold staff meeting to update General Manager about the daily running’s of the branch and figures. Make sure that the cash float for the branch does not exceed the required amount at any given time. Report the branch repairs and maintenance to head office and schedule staff for shift. Rosters must be prepared in accordance with business levels. Ensuring gaming taxes is balancing and sent to relevant department.

I handle clerical tasks (e.g., filing, sending monthly reports, auditing of branch paperwork, and assisting with monthly gaming tax. As an Administrator I also place orders, capture and move stock on to Gaap system, ensure that our supplier’s invoices are send and paid on time by creditors. Capturing and calculating payroll hours for the branch monthly payroll send it to General Manager to sign and release for Hr. ensuring that staff files are always updated the Icp, contracts and gaming licenses, to prevent risky findings on quarterly audits from NWGB. Sending monthly reports to my General Manager and Managers, Ebt maintenance log, updated leave, petty cash, monthly invoices, coin banking, Welcome desk and atm reports.

Assist GM with the respond of internal audits done monthly by our internal auditor. Ensure that the branch roster is loaded on to the Midas system before the beginning of every roster cycle. Typing of staff meeting minutes and sending it to my GM, to send it to our regional operational Director. Ensuring that queries from our suppliers, Hr and creditors are adhered to. Ensuring that daily and monthly NWGB reports are pulled.
