Duties & Responsibilities:-
Uploading Drawings/Document submittals in Primavera Expedition (CONTRACT MANAGER). Ensuring sequential numbering system in each and every outgoing correspondence. Overall responsibility for the successful and timely deployment of projects from project initiation to project acceptance, In terms of budget, timelines and resources. Coordination with Site Engineers with different site wise issues, manage through to resolution any issues arising during the course of the project that impact the successful completion of the project Printing drawings (AUTOCAD – DWG files), DWF files & PDF as per required by Engineers. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results. Provided technical support to company initiated projects and studies. Monitoring of technical problems on a daily basis to ensure that all problems are cured. Assisted superiors in maintaining and updating record and documents. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Generate the various document control reports as required. Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly. Maintain files and control logs of all documents for all projects. Ensuring quality formats being used adequately for correspondences, submittals, transmittals to clients, consultants, subcontractors and within divisions and departments. Bring up quality forms, checklists as and when needed in coordination with QA/QC Engineer for technical aspects.
