Daikin Inc. Huntsville, Al April 2012- Present

Chemical process engineer on Surface Modification polymer process’s design and modification

Work with chemist on polymer product scale up from pilot plant to production and solving any product’s quality issue

Lead team to improve production capacity and reduce process wastes

Participate in plant’s 5S and Kaizen activities to improve overall plant safety

Monitor process activities, work closely with operators on troubleshooting any process issues

Work on Yokogawa DCS system to set up new product recipe, improve sequence and create better process condition tracking capability
