I am an experienced professional with exposure to engineering fabrication; I have been involved in projects where I had to fabricate components, which are used in the oil and gas industry and for mines. These projects have equipped me with the skill of fabricating the components with precision and taking into consideration of the due dates since we had a time frame for each project. In my role, I am responsible for making sure that all the fabrication work done conforms to the drawings and that all the weld preps are done according to the drawings and that the quality inspectors are satisfied with the work carried out.

I am also competent in the assembling of Rig parts as we are a Rig solution and aftermarket company. I have great experience and exposure in the fabrication and refurbishment on the offshore mining components.

I have also been involved in the maintenance work on machines whereby I had to repair conveyors and their belts for CNC machines.

I have also been involved with a lot of pipe fitting work where I had to do pipe work and weld it since I have been coded as a GTAW welder in all position; I am also familiar with other disciplines of welding such as GMAW and SMAW.

Outside my line of work I have also obtain the knowledge in performing P ost weld heat treatment. i have been and still a great asset to the company since I am a versatile Artisan. My ability to be flexible and do work outside my line of profession has made me an artisan to have in a company as I have also been involved in helping out in the heat treatment processes. I have experience in operating machinery such as a guillotine, break press, a roller, a cut off saw, and a hydraulic press.

I believe that with the skill sets that I have I will bring efficiency and better on time delivery result since I understand the core business of engineering where time and accuracy is a big factor in achieving customer satisfaction and better profit margins.

While doing all this I adhere to all the Health and safety regulations of the company and I have a huge responsibility in the safety of the fabrication department since I am also a member of the HSSE committee.
