Prepare detailed cost estimates for proposed projects, change order proposals and for value engineering studies in accordance with regulatory requirements. Complete change order proposals for project manager approval. Review specifications and plans. Report findings and recommendations to project managers. Ensure preparation of internal cost estimates prior to issuance of change order proposal. Attend progress meetings to assist with project initiatives and schedules.
