EXPERIENCE:

From 01.01.2002 to 28.02.2003 – 1 Year at M/S. S.K.Nanda Firm was working as a Supervisor in the Field of erection & maintenance of all types of Electrical (LT/HT) Machineries.

From 01.02.2003 to 31.03.2005 - 2 Years Maintenance Engineer at Prithraj Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd., Cuttack.

From 01.04.2005 to 01.08.2005 I was working as an Electrical Supervisor in the Field of Erection and Maintenance of all types of electrical (H.T./L.T.) Machineries at M/S. S.K.Nanda Firm at Cuttack.

From 01.08.2005 to 15.03.2007 – I was working as an Electrical Engineer for Power Planners Engineers Pvt. Ltd. at Vedanta Alumina Ltd., Lanjigarh .

From 15.03.2007 to 09.10.2009- worked as a Shift Engineer as well as Shift Incharge O/M Work of 132 KV S/S & 132 KV Line (15 K.M.) at VAL S/Y, Lanjigarh through A2ZMESL.

From 10.10.2009 to 14.03.2011 -I was working as an Electrical Maintenance Incharge at 220 KV SWYD 9 x 135 MW CPP at Vedanta Aluminium Ltd., Jharsuguda through SRAI (P) Ltd.

From 17.03.11 –I am working as Senior Manager (EMD) at 400/765kv switchyard, BTG & BOP areas (5*660MW)of ADANI POWER MOHARASTRA LIMITED,TIRORA.MH.

AT ADANI-I have commissioned the switchyard equipment’s as well as maintenance is going on as per pm schedule.5 unit 660mw has been synchronized with grid.5 unit running at full load.

From01.10.11 to01.02.13-I was doing the maintenance of BOP area.

From02.02.13-I am doing the maintenance of BTG/BOP equipment’s like hoists, eot, ac, illuminations, elevators and all electrical services in plant & township.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Daily Checking

1.Reading taken of all parameters of all bay hourly.

2.All level checking of CT, CVT, Breaker (Hydraulic oil level), Gas Pressure (SF6), Transformer of OTI, WTI, Conservator oil level, OL TC Oil level, LA Counter checking.

3.OTI/WTI reading taken hourly of transformer.

4.Output D.C. voltage and current reading taken.

5.Hot spot checking every day at B & C shift.

6.Watering of Earth pit done if weather is dry and earth resistance value is low.

7.Cleaning of Panels, Switchyard 220 Volt battery room, 400/765 KV Control room, ACDB & DCDB and Office Room etc.

8.Lighting status checking.

9.Total import/export calculation taken of both M.M. & C.M.

10.Avg. power factor of the day & cumulative Power Factor of the day taken.

11. Elevators, hoists, illuminations, healthiness checking.

12. Dewatering done during rainy seasons.

13. Monsoon preparedness during rainy seasons.

14. CBM of equipment’s.

15. CM to be attained immediately.

Weekly Maintenance done

1.Battery bank up to 220 Volt and 48 Volt DC Voltage and current checking and specific gravity checking of liquid cells and nut bolt tightness checking of all battery terminals.

2.Earth Resistance are taken of all earth pits and nut bolt tightness checking.

3.Silica Gel of breather of transformer is checking.

4.All 63A & 20A receptacle checking through RCCB.

Monthly done.

1. Thermography test by I.R. Camera done.

2. DC Light checking at all BTG area.

3. Emergency light checking at all BTG area.

4. PM of lifts, hoist, eot, lighting,receptacle are done .

Overhauling job done on shut down of Unit Equipment’s.

1.Terminal blocks are tightening of panels, CT & PT JB, Circuit Breaker and Isolator Box .

2.Greasing of Isolator both male and female contacts and spring charge of mechanism box of Circuit Breaker.

3.Cleaning of contacts by emery paper and petroleum jelly are applied at that contact.

4.Nut Bolt are tightening of each clamp and each section of isolators and insulators.

5.CT, CVT, LA and Transformer meggering are done.

6.Cleaning of insulators and tightening of nut bolts.

7.All testing are done of transformer 20/25 MVA, GT 180 MVA, ST 40 MVA, UT 16 MVA,810MVA GT,80MVA ST,80 MVAR REACTOR,1500MVA ICT, SF 6 Breaker, CT, CVT and LA etc.

8.Phase colors are provided at top portion of CT, CVT, LA, Breaker of Bottom person and isolators of Top and Middle Persons.

9.Alignment of isolators are checked.

10.All electrical services are provided as per the requirement of all department.
