Job Responsibilities as MEP Site Engineer:

I am capable of independently handling of all the required Duties and Responsibilities to Obtain and manage client approval on systems and installation, assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals, Log and post all MEP changes, detail information on field Preparing Shop drawing, As-Build drawing, Executing Site Hvac, Plumbing, Fire Fighting.

MEP Duties:

Preparing shop drawing and delivery on site for execution with time schedule as per the project handover.

Monitoring the site for the work execution as per the drawing and standard

Reports directly to Senior Management with contract and responsibilities for the MEP Division

Submittals and RFI's between consultants and contractors.

Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment, Attending MEP coordination meetings.

Review of shop drawing and material submittals, Monitor and report progress of all activities

Testing and commissioning Audit, Site inspections for quality checks, preparing the scope of work, attending the meetings with contractors and final handing over process

Prepares technical specifications and Bill of Quantities

Drafting, Detailing Technical Engineering department of MEP Drawings.

Issuing proper Instruction and Technical Specifications to the concerned teams.

Material order, Maintaining Documents & Records

Prepares and updates as-built drawings, Reviews Change Orders and substitutions

Making inspection of MEP 3rd fix before handing over.

Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly Work Progress reports.

Preparation of Monthly Invoices on the basis of Work Progress on project.

Certification of Monthly Invoices of Contractors / Sub Contractors as per work progress.

HVAC SYSTEM:

All ducting SAD, FAD, EAD, KEAD, Smoke Test & Light Test for all Networks.

Installing different types of Grills, Diffuser, VD, FD, VCD, MFD, as per the project specification

CHWS & CHWR piping, 2-way valves, Actuator, Picv valve, Strainer.

Hydrostatic Tests & Flushing Tests for Chilled Water Piping networks.

Witnessing of Startup and Commissioning of HVAC Equipment (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Fans, Exhaust Fans, Stair case Pressurization Fan, Smoke Extraction Fan and Chilled Water Pumps) as per the approved sequence of operation.

Testing, Adjustment and Balancing of the HVAC System as per the Design of the Project.

Installing different types of Grills, Diffuser, VD, FD, VCD, MFD, as per the project specification

PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM:

Selection of Water Supply Pipes, Sewage Pipes, Fittings & Valves as per the system design requirements

Hydrostatic Tests, Flushing Tests for Water Supply System’s piping network.

Witnessing for Startup and Commissioning of Water Supply System’s Equipment (Lift Pumps, Booster Pumps, Centralized Water Heaters, and Sand Filters and PRV Stations) as per the approved sequence of operation.

Gravity Tests & Flow Tests for Sewage System’s piping networks.

Sprinkler System, Fire Hose Reel, Ansul system, FM200 system, Hydrant,

Witnessing for startup and commissioning of firefighting network, zone control valve, valves, PRV, Potter switch flow meter adjustment.

Electric Pumps, Diesel Pumps, Jockey Pumps, Heavy Duty PRV Stations
