Electrical schedules planning of the plant in consultation with production and mechanical to meet the trouble free operation.

Erection, commissioning of plants and equipment’s. Verifying layouts for the project as per the process and material flow needs.

Monitoring discipline at the shop floor for an accident free & safe work culture.

Maintain the maintenance schedule and planning of parts accessories as per Budget.

Manpower planning and deployment as per the workload.

Performing calibration and validation activities as per yearly planner.

Performing preventive maintenance of electrical equipments.

Calculating equipment electrical loads for new projects.

Preparation of protocols and standard operating procedures as per cGMP guidelines.

Preparation of protocols and standard operating procedures as per cGMP guidelines.

Preparation of newly installed equipment qualifications like (DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ) and execution.

Preparation of purchase orders, work orders and AMC's.

Preparation of BOQ's, electrical loads and equipment heat loads for new projects.

Providing compliance for customer and regulatory audits.

Field works:

Performing preventive maintenance of electrical panels, D.G sets.

Erection, Testing, Calibration and Loop checking of all field instruments.

Erection & Commissioning of Air Curtains and Pass Box PCB’s.

Preventive Maintenance of AHU’s, Exhaust & Ventilation Units.

Erection & Commissioning of pressure, flow, level transmitters, pressure, Temperature gauges, displacement type level transmitters, float type level switches, magnetic level gauges cum transmitters, temperature elements (RTD & THERMOCOUPLE), Dissolved Oxygen & PH Sensors.

Maintenance of 2x210TR York and 150TR Voltas Chiller micro controller based.

Studying of P & I, Control loop, wiring Diagrams and Cable scheduling.

Overhauling & Servicing of Power Cylinders, Transmitters, Pneumatic Valves & Solenoid Valves.

Performing preventive maintenance of earthpits,fly catchers,air curtain units, air conditioners, UPS and hand driers.
