Objective

Additional project and site locations: Exxon BOP Baytown, BOP 2x Project Duties included but not limited to: the supervision of 8 mechanical crews consisting of 6-10 members and an assigned foreman each, supervision of crane and rigging crew comprised of 12-14 members ( 4 operators and 8-10 riggers) and the assigned foreman. I worked closely with our client
(Exxonmobil) to punch, start up and commission BOP 2x. Worked with the client (Exxonmobil) to ensure and implement all safety policies, procedures and programs. Also coordinated progress of work plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and produced progress weld reports along with time and manpower.
Project achievements: Yearly hours totaling 6500 weekly; 350,000 man hours no recordables. This was accomplished by schedule revision and partnership with client.
