Part of 6 member executive team responsible for all strategic decisions related to company direction, finances, and KPI’s. Hired to build an operations infrastructure from the ground up. Responsible for all decisions related to back end operations, including but not limited to RCM, Account Management, Tech Support, software implementation, heavily involved in determining the billing software roadmap, and full site management of the Baltimore office. Key contributions:
●Full responsibility for DrChrono’s east coast office in Baltimore. Found property, negotiated lease, and lead all hiring activities. In the course of my first two years went from single employee in Baltimore to 40 employees while establishing and running an 8000+ sq. ft. facility.
●Lead RCM team to a growth of over 100% each year in revenue from year 1 to year 4. Managing over 500 clients in all states with over 60 different specialties. Managing over $2 Billion dollars in charges annually.
●Created and partnered with team of engineers on practice management software roadmap which lead to the successful development of automated processes and efficiencies both internally and for clients
●Successfully partnered with three BPO’s in India, the Philippines, and Africa to perform medical billing work, front line software support, and remote software implementation at an expense savings of over 50%. Currently leading project to create a DrChrono entity in India.
