My interest in this position emergence of my belief that I have the actual right combinations of relevant attributes of staffing experience, communications skills and high level of organizations skills that make me a superb candidate.

For this positions my strongest abilities which discriminate from others are,

* All experience of my working in various organizations (mention in my resume) for along four years of my university life will provide me with great maintaining skills throughout the employees.

* The recruiting knowledge of mine to recruit energetic and enthusiastic new members to our organizations for over the several years gave knowledge to me to find the correct person for the right place in the organization will be helpful for employee sorting.

* For my work of along this years will provide me to arbitrating labor disputes in collaborating with legal department.

I feel that a relationship with our company would be mutually beneficial, as my educations background, Organizational experience and qualifications would make me a perfect fit for this HR (Human Resource) position rather not having my exact experience in HR section.
