OBJECTIVE

To obtain a position where I can maximize my multilayer of Offshore and onshore management / Hydrographic skills of Twenty-Five years and one month, quality assurance, program development, training experience, customer service, consulting in Inland and offshore and a successful track record in the Hydrographic offshore/ onshore in oil and gas, marine and expert in Inland waterways and dredging environment.

Professional Summary in Hydrography & Dredging Field 25+ years of professional experience as a Hydrographic Surveyor in the field of Offshore and Onshore survey like Oil & Gas sector, Ports and Dredging etc. from 1995 is as follows: -

Planning of the survey as per scope of work and client requirements.

Selection of survey equipment as per project requirement and mobilization of survey equipment on site.

Erection of tide pole/ tide gauge on site, fixing of Bench Mark and establishment of Sounding Datum, transfer of Sounding Datum wherever applicable and observation of Datum (Horizontal & Vertical).

Selection of Boat/ Vessel as per project requirement and fitment of survey equipment on board the Boat/ Vessel.

Establishment of Base station and calibration of Survey equipment on site.

Project setup, networking, drivers, background files like DWG, DXF, GEOTIFF for the accusation system software like Qinsy, Hypack, Hydas, Hydropro, Navpac, PDS 2000 etc.

Interfacing for survey equipment like GPS, DGPS, RTK, Single and Multibeam Echo Sounder, Sound Velocity Profiler, ADCP, Side scan Sonar, Sub bottom Profiler etc. with the survey data acquisition software.

Acquisition and Processing of survey of Single beam and Multibeam echo sounder with positioning system and convert the output data as per prescribe format.

Coast lining of the coastal area using GPS system and land height transferring using level and backpack rover of RTK System.

Dredging work for land reclamation, creation of artificial island, ports and harbor dredging and channel dredging. Planning and monitoring of the dredging work as per type of dredging like Capital Dredging and Maintenance Dredging.

Pre Dredging survey and preparation of report of survey and dredging quantity, check survey for progress of the dredging work and billing purpose and Post dredging survey on completion of the dredging work and preparation of final charts using survey software and AutoCAD and dredging quantity report.

Submission of final report to the client, on completion of the work and hand over the project details.

Maintenance of Survey Equipment and Demobilization of the survey equipment on completion of the work.

Periodically recheck and testing of all survey equipment and maintaining proper inventory of the related equipment

Providing training for coworkers in all survey related equipment to achieve high standard of professionalism.

Managing big survey team in professional manner and providing timely help for all trouble shootings on site.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

06th June 2019 to till date working as a Project Manager cum Senior Hydrographic Surveyor in Birateel Ltd, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Overall responsible for dredging work in rivers and costal area/ offshore. Planning of the survey and dredging activities for contractual projects and as well as in house survey and finalizing dredging quantity and billing of dredging related work. Overall, in charge of all hydrographic survey, topographic survey and dredging work of company in Nigeria and African countries. Project details-

i) Agge Ramos River mouth to export point: - New navigational channel capital dredging using Trailing Hopper Suction Dredger. Total length of dredging area-18.7 kms.

ii) OML-13, Port Harcourt: - dredging work, sand filling and new port jetty, channel works using CSD and TSHD. Total length of dredging & reclamation area- 35 kms.

iii) SPFL Project- Approx. 90 kms from the main city of Port Harcourt- New Channel capital dredging using CSD and TSHD dredgers, development of CNG terminal, jetty construction and RoRo jetty construction. Trenching for gas pipeline and as well as for the crude oil pipeline. 25th Nov 16 to 02nd June 2019 worked as a Consultant (Hydrographic) in Inland Waterways Authority of India, Ministry of Shipping (Government of India). Overall responsible for finalized reports of feasibility and Detailed Project Report related to Hydrography and dredging of ports/ river projects. Coordinate with contractors and provide technical support as and when required and supervise all project works. Finalize dredging quantity and recheck the survey and dredging data and marine construction work of all contractual work in National Waterways/ ports under IWAI, Ministry of Shipping. Project details i) River Ganga- Capital dredging in river Ganga from Allahabad Sahibganj ii) Feasibility survey of 106 rivers across the India iii) Detailed Project report of 36 rivers for viability of cargo transportation in Inland waterways.

iv) Sagarmala- Rivers connecting to sea across the India up to nearby Port.

26th Mar 15 to 17th Oct 2016 worked as a Chief Hydrographic surveyor (Survey Manager) in Alsaad General Contracting Company. Overall responsible for survey team management, planning, port authority bathymetric survey (Single beam and multibeam survey), dredging, geophysical/ marine construction survey, tendering, dredging quantity calculation and channel design for dredging purpose and survey of reclamation area and reporting. 11th Feb 13 to 18th Mar 2015 worked as a Deputy Manager (Dredging & Survey) in PMC Projects (I) Pvt Ltd/ Adani Port and SEZ Ltd an Adani Group company. Overall responsible for geophysical survey, navigational survey, pre-dredging and post dredging survey including check survey, on contractual projects pre/ post dredging survey finalized with client, in addition having through knowledge of marine construction, bathymetric survey, multibeam survey, capital and maintenance dredging and buoy fixing. During worked here was involved in various capital and maintenance dredging survey.

(02nd Sep 10 to 19th Jan 2013) Coastal Marine Construction and Engineering ltd. I worked here as a Party Chief/ Sr Hydrographic surveyor. Overall responsible for geophysical survey, multibeam survey, navigational survey, pipe line survey and trenching. I was also involved in positioning of the vessel.
