• Administration Executive

o Managing the accounts, inventory, sales and responsible with the internal organization for operation

o Working closely with the Warehouse and Inventory team to keep an eye on What’s selling and What’s not

o Managing purchase requisitions and orders.

o Having meeting with potential Suppliers and asking them to search questions. o Monitoring returns and damage replacements.

o Ensure stock Inventory levels matched Operation needs. o Sourcing new suppliers and finding out what they have to offer. o Ensuring compliance to company Guidelines and Systems. o Monitoring and managing supplier performance.
