Technical Skills:

• Installation of all switches (Pressure switch, Level switch, Flow switch).
• Deals with Instrument Panel I/O wiring diagram, data sheets, Cause & Effect diagrams, Instrument Loop diagram, SLD’s, P&ID’s, Instrument hook up diagrams, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs.
• Knowledge in Panel wiring and control Panel designing.
• Installation, Loop Checking, Testing, Calibration, Cause and Effect Checking of all Instruments, Interfacing of all instruments with PLC and SCADA.
• Experience in PLC and SCADA development.
• PLC Engineering and Programming : Wiring, System design, Hardware / Software specification and selection, configuration, ladder programming;
• Programming languages such as LD (Ladder Diagram) & FBD
(Functional Block Diagram).
