Experience in performing Liquid Penetrant Testing using Water Washable (Visible, Fluorescent) Penetrant,

Solvent Removal (Visible, Fluorescent) Penetrant, Post Emulsifier Penetrant.

Can perform scanning of welds in pipes having low thickness(10mm) and high thickness(20mm) with 3”,6”,8”,10”,12” Diameters with Ultrasonic Testing Technique.

Can perform scanning of welds in plate having low thickness and high thickness (6 mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 20mm 25mm, 30mm) with single-V-butt and double-V-butt welds with UltrasonicTesting Technique.

Knowledge in codes and standards such as ASME section I, section V, section VIII, section IX, API 1104, API 570, API 577, AWS standards, Welding Inspection and Welding Procedure Selection as per API 577.

FAMILIAR WITH FOLLOWING NDT EQUIPMENTS / METHODS

MT :- AC AND DC Electromagnetic Yoke (Magnaflux y6, y7) with dry powder and wet visible and wetFluorescent methods.

UT :- Einstein II TFT, Einstein II DGS, Doppler Anyscan 20.

PT :- Using solvent removal (visible and fluorescent) and water washable (visible and fluorescent)and post emulsification fluorescent method.

RT :- Experience in performing Radiographic Testing as per requirements.
