My role was to bring out all the rotten parts exchange them and focus on corroded parts, pipelines exchangers, pumps and many more to be rebuilded and repaired so that it could run for long term. Pumps internal pittins to be filled and coated, so its efficiency could be increased. Tanks bottom portions to be sealed to protect it's plates from corrosion and erosion. Heat exchangers tubesheets, dome covers, blinds to be checked and repaired if needed. Vessels internal and external wall to be proper checked and coated woth specialised coting materials. Calibration of valve testing with trivi testing done online. Flange distortions, Water end boxes, and many more were cheched and repaired.

Major shut down was taken place in Reliance refinery Jamnagar Gujarat. My role was to go through all the pipelines,pumps,Heat exchangers for proper maintainance in corrosion department. Pumps internal part coating, heat exchangers tubesheet, dome covers, channels and blind sproper coating and rebuilding for long term working condition. Leakges to be checked.

Marine Department (Adani Port) TUG -BOAT.

My role was to look afer all parts of Tug-Boat which are effecter or could be effected with corrosion and erosion for long term basis. These materials or parts or those Tug-Boat are, kort- Nozzle reapiring and rebuilding, Propellers replacement and repairing with specialised materials if needed,Pumps leakages and conditions to be checked,Rebuilded and repaired. 5 Day

Tank Farming Adani Port Corrosion Protection.

My role was to cover up the bottom plates and the top portion of the tanks which get corroded and leads to a huge loss. These bottom and top portions are coated with specialised materials for long term solutions. Tanks wing girder to be protecte and are to be replaced if needed. Stair case coating done so the weld portions should not be corroded with the time. Tanks bottom sealing, Top sealing, pipelines outer section protection which are mostly get in contact with moosture, Stair-case protection, Online leakages. Adani Port Pipelines Protection.

There was approximately 1000 joints at Adani port Mundra, Gujarat has to be protected from corrosion and erosion, Thus a Decision was taken to maintain those pipelines. For that a specialised coating was done under my presence. The work was compleated before the time given.
