• Managing HSE Program implementation on 11 deep underground stations, 13 egress shaft and 16 Km long tunnel track work.

DSI scope of work involved the construction of civil, structural, and building works include road and paving work, security fence, trenching and ducting work, erection of structural steel pipe racks, sleeper ways, demolition of the existing structure, blast proof substation and generator building, miscellaneous equipment foundations, installation of electrical equipment’s, switch gears, MCCB rooms, solar panel grid, heavy lifting of the superstructure, construction of temporary facilities and laydown areas. Responsibilities

• Prepare project specific loss prevention plan and procedure and seek approval from the client.

• Ensure that the project HSE requirement as detailed in the HSE plan is implemented and maintained in all areas of construction.

• Ensure the method of statement and Job Safety Analysis is prepared and communicated to all involved employees prior to commencement of the task.

• Ensure all mechanical/ electrical equipment involved in construction is are regularly being inspected and maintained in good working condition.

Projects involved the installation of Jackets, unmanned topsides and helideck, pipeline installation, shore pulls, pre-commissioning at different depths in Saudi Waters using Derrick lay barges like DLB264, DLB332, and DSV like Rem Fortress, Subtec-1 and Amberjack. Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Project HSE Plan, Medical Evacuation Procedure, H2S Emergency Response Plan.

1. BAPCO Low Sulphur Diesel Production project, USD 300mn- HSE Officer 2. Qatar Shell GTL Project, USD 1.2 Billion – HSE Technical Coordinator Project description: Qatar Shell GTL project involved procurement and construction of gas to liquid project of capacity 21000 BPD. Scope of work includes the construction of steam system, condensate system, boiler feedwater system, power generation and distribution system, nitrogen system, fuel gas system, flushing oil system, DCS & telecommunication, shell gasification process, pipe rack and buildings BAPCO LSDP Project is the expansion of existing refinery to increase production capacity from 90000 BPD to 140000 BPD. Project involved the construction of Sulphur recovery plant, Hydro cracking Plant, Hydrogen Plan, Utilities, Flare installation etc.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure administrative control of the HSE department.
