This job role’s main aim was to help Unilever attain its ambition of becoming the No. 1 Employer of Choice year-on-year and to attain 50:50 gender employment ratio by year 2020. MID-CAREER EMPLOYER BRANDING included:

1. Working with social media agency in the design, planning & flawless execution of Employer branding campaigns on various platforms such as Print & Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor), HUL Careers page, Job Search websites (Times jobs microsite

,Jobs for her, Sheros etc).

2. Assist in articulating HUL’s EVP (employee value proposition), and identify the best channels to select for communicating the same to our Target Group. 3. Working for Re-vamping HUL’s Career Website.

4. Was the Single point of contact for Social Media partners, for executing Social Media campaigns throughout the year.

5. Managing LinkedIn profiles for CEO and other key members. 6. Vetting of content as per approved initiatives and Employer branding achievements which can be used by Recruitment teams for putting up on recruitment Websites & other platforms. 7. Setting up agendas and milestones for the next quarter of Employer Brand initiatives. DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION(D&I) included:

1. Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking Study: Research and design of policies under the progressive policy bucket “Family First” where the company launched family centric policies for the employees.

2. Calendarized Training and employee engagement programs. 3. Maintaining, Analysing and creating monthly tracker for Diversity & Gender balance data along with Attrition analysis of Unilever South Asia Pacific. 4. Designing and conducting Diversity and Inclusion event for pan India locations of Unilever. 5. Supporting the team in reaching the Global D&I target of Unilever. 6. Survey: Liaisoning for data related to D&I Employer Brand survey with companies viz– Best Place to Work, Neilson & Avatar. Handling negotiations with these firms. 7. Setting up agendas and milestones for the next quarter of Gender Balance initiatives. HRBP FOR CAREER BY CHOICE PROGRAM:

Career by Choice program is a flagship program by HUL designed to utilise the experience of women returning to work post career break. This allows females to work in flexible environment like working remotely, flexible hours, reduced work hours.

My role included managing overall HR activities for CBCs (Recruitment, Selection, On Boarding, Induction, Performance assessment, Contract renewal, Employee engagement activities, Payments

& Bonus and Exit).

QUALITY ANALYST & MENTOR TRAINER at GOOGLE MAPS at Hyderabad. From Mar-2014 to Dec- 2015

1. Mentoring and training of New associates.

2. Analysing and validating Atlas tool, based on data from clients and associates. 3. Sending attendance input and performance feedbacks for associates. 4. Auditing the information as per client protocol and preparing Error summary and Solution Algorithms.

5. Analysing customer footprints from different countries and designing blueprints for the customer.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP AT MONSANTO INDIA (2012)

1. Worked on benchmarking the Employee Safety and Health Practices of Monsanto as per Global standards. Earned an Honorarium of Rs. 30,000/- for this work. 2. Travelled to 2 factories at Hyderabad & Aurangabad to conduct safety Culture survey. 3. Worked on the role of HR in building and enhancing the safety culture of the organisation.

Learned basics of Employee documentation/filing, ESIC, PF challans and returns. 2. Vocational Training and Practices at Bokaro Thermal power station. PRO BONO ACTIVITY: Institutionalized social responsibility cell of Sinhgad Institute of Management. As the student coordinator, helped women of Ghore Budruk Village in Pune to set up a business of handy craft.
