The title of the project is “EXHAUST GAS RE-CIRCULATION FOR TWO WHEELERS’’
The aim of the project is``TO REDUCE TOXIC EMISSIONS AND INCEASE EFFICIENCY OF THE VEHICLES’’
The two wheeler vehicle running have smooth ness in engine performance due to pre heating of air fuel mixture
The performance of the vehicle is increased due to re circulation of unburned fuel in the combustion chamber
The exhaust gas is filtered with the help of activated carbon canister
The gases such as sulpher di oxide,nitrous oxide,carbon dioxide
,carbon monoxide are reduced
The exhaust gas valve is controlled using a thermostat valve which is controlled by arduino uno
This system operates in the temperature of 80 degree celsius
The rpm of the vehicle is 1200 in idle running and reach up to 8000 in full acceleration
The vehicle mile age is up to 90 km per litre
The top speed of the vehicle is 95 km

The aim of the project is to design and develop a two wheeler which can be easily controlled by differently abled
The project is carried out and complete successfully to reduce the parking difficulties of the differently abled
Aluminium material is used for the chassi construction due to its high strength to weight ratio.
The engine used is 50cc two stroke petrol engine due to its light weight.
Centrifugal Clutch is used for power transmission.
Chain and sprocket transmission is used to transmit power form engine to the BOTH REAR WHEELS
Alloy wheels and tube less tyres are used to reduce weight of the vehicle. Paper Presented:
