KEPL is well known API 610 pump manufacturer brand from last 30 years. Over the India there are 22 branches of marketing & 1 manufacturing unit in Kirloskarwadi. Scope of supply includes OH2, BB, VS pumps to all over the world which includes Saudi Aramco, KNPC, Reliance Ind Ltd, Thermax Ltd, L & T Ltd, BPCL, Sun pharma, RCF Ltd. (Working from 4 Feb 2019)

Responsibilities and work profile :- (Design Engineer)

Working with pump industry as design engineer having the objective of generating the detailed bill of material of API 610 OH2, VS, BB pumps.

Maintaining of MIS reports of SAP data, part materials, different constructions

Selection of materials, different assembly patterns and different varieties of pump auxiliaries, theroretical and practical exposure to API 682 Plans and scope.

Validation of different pump assemblies, mechanical seal and its fitment according to API std stuffing box, checking working feasibility of pump with respect to customer given details as well as given site conditions data sheet and with reference to GA drawing / Piping-instrumentation diagram.

Providing resolution sheet to customer for queries and discussion with marketing team.
