RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the entire team is well equipped with knowledge and equipment to avoid mishaps and accidents while living up to the expected standards.

Organize internal HSE awareness programs ensuring the development and implementation.

Assigned all responsibilities as the advisory Team – Head for all issues related to HSE, on the assigned project

Delegating duties & responsibilities on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.

Leading in-house trainer for safe working practices and procedures for work site operations & procedures

Ensure the machinery and vehicle standards are maintained on site from safety point of view.

Coordinate a department-wide system to identify and evaluate hazards, and implement effective corrective solutions consistent with risk management process.
