JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Was responsible for the entire camp a work force of 1000- 1200 workers and office staffs, maintaining documents related to camps, stores, mess, library and laundry camp management.
Updating daily status of personnel accommodation and makes sure rooms are occupied.
Maintaining FM related complaint on daily basis & send to higher management.
Checking rooms every day (absent or sick) keep record.
Preparing on daily basis updated camp list and send to HR department.
Camp Maintenance, - supervision for housekeeping standard (Cleaning of toilets, Bathrooms, Corridors, surrounding etc.)
Co-ordination with HR Department for workers Visa Medical, OHC Medical, Health insurance Card, Emirates ID Card related work on daily basis.
Responsible for renewing Visa, Passport renewable process of workers.
Co-ordination with HR Department for New Arrivals/ Departures.
Responsible for Visa cancellation of resigned & terminated workers and their final settlement.
arrange transportation for any sick person for medical treatment.
Ensure timely ordering and maintenance of inventory of all camp supplies, tools and equipment necessary for the maintenance and operation of the camp facilities.
Preparing Petty Cash bills & maintaining LPG Gas bill records.
Organizing security & Transpiration for personnel whose are travel to & from airport.
Conducting camp induction and security induction for new arrival personnel.
Conducting meeting with camp residents on every Friday regarding housekeeping /catering / Laundry / etc. whether they have any comments it should be rectifying as soon as early.
Organizing campfire Drills every completion of 30 days & makes sure all residents & Non-Residents are aware of it.
Liaising with security chief and reporting if there is any kind of security failure in camp.
Coordinating with catering Dept. and makes sure they are maintaining the quality & hygiene of serving food.
Applying & issuing Gate pass for Guest who need to enter inside the camp and reporting site delivery notification to Site security chief.
Coordinate with maintains Dept. for solve if any maintains issue in camp.
Ensure discipline and timings in recreation rooms.
maintain record for water tanker otherwise meter reading on weekly basis.
Disposal of sewage water and maintain proper record.
