JOB DESCRIPTION:

To carry out Inward Inspection, In process / Stage Inspection & Final Inspection.

Preparing ballooning for new drawing, To make inspection plan, control plan& checking aids for components.

Timely Feedback to Production to control on dimensions & defects.

In Inspection found any non con-formality to Raising NCR for defects component.

Identify the root cause of the problem and take corrective action and preventive action for Non-conformance.

Coordinate customer for final inspection with all related documents.

Immediate action for Customer complaints and Provide 8D report for NC component.

Maintain records of Instrument Calibration, Status and Identification of Calibrated Instruments and frequency of Calibration.

New gauge developing as per the job requirement.

Conduct Layer process audit and support for customer audit & ISO audit.

JD counter weight to maintain the in-line of the base hook, of 113 tones counter weight to achieve by providing the fit-up fixture and checking templates.

GN counter weight assembly hook weld is critical and dimension measurement also, to made receiver gauge to achieve it.

GB counter weight to follow up the development level in every stage of fit-up, and to arrest the welding distortion by providing fixtures.

D class parts of cover assembly, platform, handrail & step to be developed and provided for checking templates.

CATERPILLAR:

Rectified the distortion in sheet plate of hex counter weight by changing the strich weld sequence.

Cabin for 777/773 to control the in-line issue by modifying fixture in poke-yoke method.

Development Titan cabin to make the fit-up fixture for all subassembly parts with arrest of weld distortion.

Maintained Zero PPM Customer complaint for last six month in cabin fabrication.

To implement BIQ check sheet in each & every stage of fit-up to control the defect.

To inspection the component as per the standard.

To prepare the document for BGWF audit of caterpillar.

DAIMLER:

More than 70 child part having component of under frame to be made with fit-up fixture, to maintain 5 mm flatness and control in check sheet and templates.

To provide the 8 stage wise fitup fixture for common podest to arrest all dimension with less inspection time consume.
