Experience:
I have both hands-on and supervision work experience related to industrial instrumentation in local and overseas Oil & Gas industries. My whole experience was spent in the maintenance department of process industries to manage, organize and plan daily and routine activities as well as performed preventive and corrective maintenance in order to provide result based outcomes. Apart from that I worked with the training and development department as on-job-trainer and mentor to provide theoretical and practical knowledge of instrumentation to the new workforce and internees.

Team Leader Instrumentation:
I am in charge of instrumentation maintenance & responsible for reliable and effective functionality of all field instrumentation through preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance. I manage spares & assets inventory in the warehouse, prepare annual service contracts (calibration and maintenance) for 3rd parties, develop & implement safe working practices as per global HSE standard. In addition, I am also accountable for forecasting, budgeting & resource management for turnaround, outages, projects/modification executions, setting objectives, targets and appraisals of my team. I use MAXIMO as a tool for maintenance management which effectively works to maintain KPIs of the department. I was responsible to organize and manage preventive and corrective maintenance related to all plant instrumentation including calibration & troubleshooting of transmitters, control valves or switches for flow, level, pressure or temperature or vibration instruments.
