EXPERIENCE

SAFRAN AEROSYSTEMS ( former ZODIAC AEROSPACE MIDDLE EAST). AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN- FIELD SUPPORT 15 JUNE 2019 to 16 JUNE 2020 Location: EMIRATES ENGINEERING CENTRE ( Dubai International Airport) & ETIHAD ENGINEERING

(Abu Dhabi International Airport ).

My work includes inspection and repair works on the IFE systems, Cabin video monitoring systems, Actuation systems and Cabin Electrical repair and replacements and inspection, defect identification and Repair works of Cabin seats, video arm, Shrouds, armrest, Recline cables, stowage, Electrical harness of seats of Economy and Business Class etc.

I have also experience in work on major modifications and replacements with economy and business class seats of B787 and A380 of Etihad airways and B777 and A380 of Emirates airlines, which includes C-checks, A- checks, applying SB’s, SIL’s and AD’s etc.

Maintenance carry out according to the availability of aircraft or its components, Line maintenance, Base maintenance Or Overhaul workshops.

Hands on experience in Inspection, Maintenance, Modification and Repair works of Aircraft Cabin and Avionics Components under Line maintenance, Base maintenance and Overhaul workshops have helped me to achieve and understand the vast knowledge and responsibility required to be an Aircraft Technician.

Experience in Drilling, Wiring, Riveting, Grinding and Sanding of various Aircraft Cabin components.

TRANSGUARD GROUP ( at EMIRATES ENGINEERING CENTRE). ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- CABIN AND AVIONICS OVERHAUL WORKSHOP. 10 October 2016 to 30 May 2019.

• Assist Aircraft Technicians working in Emirates Cabin and Avionics Overhaul Workshop in their day to day maintenance activities.

• Issue and deliver the required spare parts necessary for Repair works.

• Use ULTRAMAIN software for all Transactions such as MQ, TQ, MS, IS etc.

• Help Technicians in Leather Repairs, Galley Repair works, Lavatory Repairs and other General Repair works of Cabin components.

TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT- AVIONICS WORKSHOP- (Emirates Engineering Centre).

• Hands on Experience in Defect Rectification of various Electrical components of Aircraft such as Trash compactors, Water coolers, Power Drive Units, Aircraft Lights, Actuators etc.

TRAINEE TECHNICAL OFFICER 02 June 2014 to 02 January 2015

• Assist Technical Officers in work package creations, Update system with maintenance documents received from Line or Base etc.

• Aeronautical Engineering ( Aero Mechanical) from Aeronautical Society of India, New Delhi in 2013 with First Class.

• Higher Secondary Education from Government Higher Secondary School, Pattambi in 2008.
