Roles and Responsibility:

Concession means to raise a request to accept the non conformance of components happened during or after the manufacturing process as per the design definition.

Cross check the defective component is affecting to the Fit, Form and Function of product.

Tolerance Stack up Calculation of final assembly product and making the report and geometrical dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T).

Analysis of standard process and its effect on the final assembly product.

Coordination with the customer to understand and full fill the requirements of final product.

Preparation of final report to accept or reject the defective component on the basis of analysis and study of components.

Report generation, support to trails, testing, other department, documentation support for manual.

Make changes in the design definition as per the customer requirements.

Knowledge of engineering design, manufacturing process of parts, Engineering materials science.

Coordinating and communicating with clients to understand their project requirements, estimate delivery deadlines and other factors in project delivery. 02) GHATGE PATIL INDUSTRIES LTD, UCHAGAON, KOLHAPUR.

Company Profile: This organization is well known for design and manufactures of high pressure valves in the application of oil and gas industries, like plug valve, gate valve, ball valve, butterfly valve etc. Also this firm is involved in the design and manufacturing of marine Gear Box, Torque convertor, Couplings and Defense equipment’s like machine gun parts, holding fixture for firing gun, gun firing fixture and assembly fixture for machine gun assembly etc.

Designation: Design Engineer.

Duration: Since FEB 2017 to Aug 2019.

Roles and Responsibility:

Creating the design of holding fixture for each machining process.

Preparation of detail drawing of fixture and release for manufacturing at tool room.

Assisting with production department to set best assembly procedure and machining process.

Applying the principles of designing equipment’s, GD & T and drawing standards.

Tool design of sheet metal parts and rubber parts of valves.

Creating and releasing the detail casting, machining drawing and complete BOM of product.
