1. HYBRID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (HMS):

Objective of the project is to feed the Base Transceiver Station (BTS) load uninterruptedly based on the priority of DC sources giving first priority to Solar Optimizer (DC to DC Converter), second priority to Battery, third priority to Rectifier via EB supply, fourth priority to Rectifier via DG supply and also managing and monitoring the entire system using engineering software NI LABVIEW

Done BOM Creation for every product

Supported in firmware analysis and also done modifications in firmware as per the need

Hardware testing and Integration of entire project

Hardware troubleshooting in every product level and also in entire project level

LABVIEW Coding Completion

2. DC ENERGY METER:

Objective of the project is to measure the Bus Voltage, 4 Channels of Current, Power, and Energies, display all the parameters and also to collect required data from the meter through RS485 communication

Power Supply section design, AFE(Analog Front End) Circuit Design and interfacing with Microcontroller Unit section

Designed voltage and current sensing sections in hardware side

BOM Creation and also done firmware analysis and firmware modification

Board level and Product Level Testing and Test Report Generation

Technical Documentation of sensing error correction in hardware side.

Presented the suggested ways of improving product quality in board level. 3. SINGLE PHASE ENERGY METER:

Objective of the project is to measure the Single Phase Voltage, Current, Power, Frequency, Power Factor, Real energy, Reactive energy, Apparent Energy and to send the required datas to cloud via WIFI

Objective of the project is to collect data from the meter and send to cloud via GPRS/WIFI/ETHERNET

5. RS485_32 DEVICES

Objective of the project is to collect data from 32 devices using RS485 communication

6. RMS (REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM) WIFI

Objective of the project is to collect data from the inverters (Delta Inverter and Solax Inverter) through RS485 communication using MODBUS protocol and send to cloud via WIFI

Hardware testing, troubleshooting and supported in firmware modifications for RMS WIFI

Technical documentation for protocol analysis

7. SOLAR OPTIMIZER

Supported hardware modifications in optimizer to improve efficiency
