Skills
- Follow up of the internal controls for all financial and managerial matters at the station.
- Preparing of requisitions for the finances needed for use at the station and follow them up to ensure that they are approved.
- Preparing and reviewing of accounting books especially books of the original entry like sales day book, vouchers, receipts etc.
- Ensuring proper record keeping and proper storage of financial accountability documents for the station.
- Carrying out internal audits and balancing amongst customer champions and ensuring that all cash collected from them is banked intact
