Job Description :

Recruitment

Assist in determining the department needs annually according to the Manpower Plan.

Create and develops job description for all positions within the company departments.

Post openings in different channels including recruitment agencies, websites and social media channels.

Screen CVs, selects and shortlists potential candidates.

Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts. Coordinates with departments for technical interviews.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates (CVs) in advance of need.

Follow up and coordinates with recruitment channels. Sources out labor category from the local market.

Create and update recruitment forms.

Personnel & Payroll

Administerate personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires, transfers, assignments, and returns from leave.

Administrate employee's attendance, overtime, leave balances, public holidays, and sickness leaves, etc.

Communicate with applicants, employees and other supervisors regarding personnel matters including salaries, certification, retirement, evaluations and application status.

Provide back-up & follow-up for the time and attendance system records and use of the system into the overall attendance, payroll and leave balance program as needed.

In charge of all external staff activities and liaise with the outsourcing provider.

administrators and staff on memorandum of agreements; including timely and accurate updating of electronic applicant and employee databases.

Full payroll processing inclusive Income tax, social Insurance and handle regular company payroll reporting requirements.

Review, analyze and check payroll forms and report for accuracy and make necessary adjustments or corrections.

Research, analyze and resolve payroll-related problems or questions.

Ensure that employees’ payroll are processed timely, accurately, and compliantly.

Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.

Supervise the maintenance of the Employee Information System.
