Roles and Responsibilities
End to end recruitment process.
Recruitment Tools - Raising requisitions and scheduling interviews via Taleo.
Liaise with the candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters to ensure real-time communication on recruiting initiatives and issues arising.
Ensure high quality results, process compliance and system adherence to operating guidelines in a timely manner.
Manage end to end interview scheduling process and ensure all templates are up to date.
Comply with Department of Labor mandates and audits.
Initiate interview scheduling contact with candidates, hiring leaders and recruitment relationship managers, arrange and ensure the entire interview scheduling cycle is completed.
Ensures necessary documents are collected in advance and guidance given to upload on taleo portal to ensure seamless interviewing.
Regular reporting on data accuracy with needed follow ups with recruitment team.
Maintaining daily reports and collecting accurate data.
Arranging different type of interviews and maintaining candidate records on the system.

1.Currently working as an Internal Auditor within the team:
Perform a daily audit on all communication emails being sent to candidates and hiring leaders.
Prepare and maintain a daily tracker of error records.
Focus on reducing team error rates, prepare weekly error reports and maintaining real-time records.

2.Worked as a Dispatcher within the team:
