MyATT Migration Projects: 1/ MyATT Migration Provide Buyflow

Initially Small biz customers needed multiple logins to manage Wireline and U-verse accounts and had no MAC support for existing Wireline customers. The customer sales portal (BCS) had no automation/capability for existing customers to perform account changes, add/move services or upgrades. By this project there is no

“synergy” between BCS and Account Manager which leads to a gap in supporting customers online.
