Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyzing the Structure using STAAD Pro (Analysis and Design software) and designed with the help of spread sheets to get economical and optimal design.

Structural detailing is done based on SP 34(IS code for Reinforced concrete detailing). Detailed drawings were prepared by draftspersons under my guidance and sent to the client accordingly.

Checking the Structural design and drawings done by our fellow Engineers and co-coordinating with them to release the drawings for approval on time.

Preparing manual design calculation sheets for different structural systems, comparing and choosing the same for the adoption knowing the limitation of each system.

Technical support for the design and construction of Light gauge steel framed Residential building of Ground+1st floor.

Coordinating with the Site Engineer for better quality control and we have gone for site visits to inspect the construction and made them to achieve without much deviation from design.

Under the guidance of my senior professional, we gave some technical suggestion to the client regarding repair and renovating works which made me to enhance my technical knowledge over construction.

Prepared BOQ for the construction along with all construction details.

Provided technical guidance throughout the assembly and erection of wall panels, bracing fixing and joist.
