Responsible for distribution and warehousing center operations and logistics for a global garment manufacturing company. This includes staffing, budget, supply chain, facilities, contract negotiations and customer partnership as senior member of corporate leadership team:

• Leadership of the fulfillment, packing, shipping, and receiving organizations, comprised of 300 full time and contract union employees, including labor union contract negotiations.

• Developed and implemented corporate strategy working with sales, human resources, information technology, facilities, e-commerce and finance senior leadership. This included developing and maintaining payroll, materials and maintenance budget standards for the facility.

• Led successful facilities renovations, consolidations, and expansion to 600,000 square feet operation. Managed compliance and acceptance with outside vendors and construction teams to meet our needs and stay within the budget.
