Involved in Competency Mapping for all employees.

Deriving competencies from Job Description for mapping the competencies for assessment.

Collecting the assessment from the respective Functional Head and Identify the Knowledge Gap through the Competency Mapping

Identify TNI for all employees

Involved in creation of Training Calendar for all employees

Identify Internal and External Training Programs and get budget approval for External Training Programs.

Arranging Travel arrangements for Training.

Employee Engagement Activities:

Coordinating with QCC and QIT Teams for timely completion of Projects.

Involved in Kaizen and Suggestion Implementation process

Conducting Monthly Communication Meeting with the employees to share the Company’s Expectation, Employee Suggestion and rewards distribution for Monthly Kaizen and Suggestion Implemented employees.
