POR’s (Purchase Order Requisitions)- Reviewed submitted por’s for accuracy of information, returned to program manager for correction if needed. Created purchase order after final approval.

Completed por’s for Toyota, Honda, Nissan, VW, BMW, Mercedes. Did back up for Ford and Chrysler teams.

Surveys- Forward / Assign various customer surveys to correct team / plant members. Track completion. Compile group surveys as needed and return to customer in timely manner.

Tool Asset Inventory- Work directly with customers and plant team members to obtain tooling information (location of dies, check fixtures, racks, etc.) return completed surveys in a timely manner to customer.

Purchase Orders- Download, verify and enter service and production purchase orders. Tooling purchase orders are verified, and tooling invoice packages completed and submitted to accounting group to invoice.

Prototype purchase orders- Work with Program Managers to be sure correct promise date, piece price, packaging, etc. are entered into correct system. When purchase orders are faxed in, scan, save and forward to the correct plant for invoicing.

Additional tasks- From March 2019 assisted in training new Account Manager on Toyota portal applications. Also reviewed with new account manager Toyota policies and procedures.

Information Station. Basically answered questions from plant managers, controllers, program management, etc.
