Coordinate all field-based social mobilization activities, formation of community and school based structures.
Monitor spending rate of all donor budgets under my portfolio and ensure that financial risk on Youth interventions are being monitored.
Assisting People in communities develop plan of actions that would enhance capacity aimed at promoting strategies and practices that uphold in matters relating to education, social work and health.
Develop quality project presentations for the district review meetings, coordinate and links effectively with Government department of Youth and Sports, Social Welfare and Community Development.
Prepare and develop project proposals for funding activities in corroboration with development partners
