1. Design and development of material handling trolley having high weight for operational efficiency.
(M.Tech Project):
Improve operational efficiency and safety to operator by designing ergonomically sound material handling equipment’s. Software used is CREO 4.0. (Cummins India Ltd, Pune) 2. Study of Photochemical Machining for fabrication of Industrial Components: Strainer were manufactured using PCM process with high dimensional accuracy. Also shapes such as hexagon, pentagon, irregular circle was etched by PCM process. 3. Minimize Distortion in T-Weld Joint by using Tensile force: The tensile force was applied by using weight during welding and after welding for nearly an hour to reduce the distortion in T-fillet weld.
4. Dust control device (B.E):
The main aim of dust control device is in reducing air pollution. This device is eco-friendly because it uses solar energy as a source of power. It is assembled near dust producing region. It sucks the contaminated air from one side and release the clean air from other side. Work experience
