Operation Management:

SPOC for the project teams to deal with external vendors, Suggest best alternates, registered and rated vendors for efficient and cost effective procurement and contracts.
Develop lab infrastructure, track, maintain and ensure proper change management process is followed for effective utilization of space and resource.

Over 7 years in MI-17 Multirole Helicopter: Overhauling, 1st and 2nd line servicing of the Avionics equipment both in Base Repair Depot (BRD) and Central Radio and Radar Workshop (CRRW). Aircraft handling activities like towing/marshalling - Tarmac Procedure.
Around 6.5 years in Automatic Test Equipment Complex (ATEC -5000) :
A unique product of AERO SPECIAL Ltd-France used for automatic card level rectification of various components of electronic, electrical, pneumatic and Navigation systems pertaining to the latest Technology Fighter aircraft. Rectification of fault in various system components called line replacements units (LRUs) pertaining to MIRAGE-2000 aircraft using ATEC - 5000 under software control.
Air data processing :Milking out Flight Data recorder (Black Box) of aircraft and the data processing by using ATEC – 5000 ATE for evaluating the aircraft and pilot performance.
System Maintenance and fault rectification of ATEC-5000, both hardware and Transferring of software, etc. Laboratory Documentation, Inventory control and stores management.
Imparted training on ATEC-5000 system of 6 month duration for 2 batches.
Supervisor in an ISO 9001 unit in the field of Repair (component & PCB level) and calibration of various types of sophisticated Avionics testers, lab equipments .
