From May, 2019 - Presently Working as Graduate engineer trainee –Manufacturing engineering with Sigma electric manufacturing corporation pvt Ltd at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Working on special purpose machine component design, machining fixture design, tool design for cnc,vmc and special purpose machines in solidworks as a part of manufacturing engineering department.

Also working on SOP and work instructions for CNC and VMC machines as a part of new product development.

Designed complete Sigma layout of machine shop and complete foundry for new plant and old plant of sigma.

Sigma works with customers to design and manufacture a wide range of speciality castings, machined departments components and sub-assemblies to their demanding specifications. Plant Layout Optimization

Redrawing of plant layout of all the units for Capacity assessment required for centralization of various and machines .

Department allocation in the layout taking care of lean manufacturing practices minimising material movement.

Material handling trolley design:

Designed material handling trolley for automatic guided vehicle(AGV) for new plant of Sigma to implement industy 4.0.

From August-2018 – May-2019 Workes as Graduate engineer trainee – Standard room in Agrasen engineering industries limited at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Worked at Agrasen engineering industries limited (Scion plant) as a graduate engineer trainee at sarna dungar industrial area, Jaipur. Having experience of standard room and worked on contour profile measument of bearings of NBC, SKF, TIMKEN, KOYO, NACHI bearings by tracing the different-different surface profiles on mahrsurf CD 120 with higher accuracy and also working on roundness testing of bearing. Having knowledge of gauges calibration, and Contour and roundness machine calibration. Agrasen engineering industries are the leading manufacturers of automotive components and bearing races in India, providing world class products since 1984.
