Technically accomplished engineer with experience in Project Management involving Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, controlling and closeout. Experience in Oil & Gas (Onshore upstream / downstream, Cross country pipeline, Petrochemical and Refinery projects).

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (OIL & GAS LSTK/ EPC / EPCIC and SERVICE CONTRACTOR)
●Development of project baselines; monitoring overall project functions along with budgeting, scheduling and coordination with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance.
●Lead the periodic progress review meeting with client / subcontractor / project team to ensure project is managed as per overall project objectives. Prepare recovery plan to ensure project is delivered as per agreed project baseline (Cost, Schedule and Scope)
●Ensure assigned projects remain within agreement for all HSE, technical, financial approval, budget control, scope and schedule control, administrative and commercial requirements.
●Periodically identify, mitigate and monitor project overall risk throughout project stages including schedule risk assessment, cost risk assessment, project independent review (PIR), construction and installation risk assessment.
●Involved in preparation of project execution plan and planning package for management & client approval. Involved in preparation of WBS, progress measurement methodology, project control functions. Expertise in scheduling tools like Primavera P6 & MS Project.
●Identify resource requirement (manpower & equipment) and ensure resource availability. Resource planning with contractors / sub-contractors for direct / indirect manpower, materials and equipment.
●Contract management, change management and delay analysis throughout the project execution, up to date planning documentation as per contract requirement.
●Participating in annual Business plan development based on job in hand assessment and annual strategic plan.
●Coordinate with all discipline manager throughout the project life and apprise management on the progress, recovery plans, mitigations measures, etc. Participate and lead situational assessment as need arise.
●Monitor and Control Schedule, Scope and Budget throughout the project cycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and commissioning).
●Multi discipline engineering coordination with Lead engineers / Job engineers for timely completion / submission of various deliverables like project specific procedures, engineering deliverables, RFQ, TQ, TBE, Vendor drawings reviews, etc.
●Participate and ensure action close out during Design Reviews, Constructability review, Installation reviews, 3D Model review and HSE review sessions.
●Project interface management within various ongoing projects both internal and external projects and with project stakeholders.
●Participate in Pre Startup Audits (PSUA) and ensure close out of action items.
●Monitor and ensure close out of construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning punch list, warranty claims and support contracts team for claims administration and dispute resolution.
●Preparation, submission and timely approval of payment milestones certificates, invoices & VOWD.
●Prepare project close out report, lesson learnt & ensure timely completion of final documentation.

Agra Firozabad Pipeline Project (GAIL, INDIA)
The main objective of this project was to transport the Natural Gas from a Pigging Station to City Gate station at Agra. Scope involve 41 KM, 12’’ pipeline and expansion of City station, including hot tapping in facilities.
Responsibility:
Self was responsible for Project Planning and Control of entire scope under this project.

Self was involve in project control and close-out of 210 Kms of pipeline and stations works under Spread-IV section.
