Summary

I have worked in sales most of my work life. I have run my own company flipping and selling properties. I was also a realtor and property manager. I went to college for real estate property management and I recently finished my degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Crisis Care. I’ve always enjoyed sales and customer service and felt like my degree will compliment that. Currently in my life I working in the Psychology field to get a better understanding of the human psyche. I have been learning skills related to that and implementing them in my current occupation.

● May assist in developing and coordinating a comprehensive Individualized Master Treatment Plan under the direction of the unit therapist to whom he/she is assigned.

● Consults and collaborates with all team members to gather relevant information at intake to provide a provisional diagnosis, and assessment summary.

●Stay attentive to how changes in the child’s internal environment (e.g., biological cycles, emotions, medications, etc.) impact the child interactions with their external environment (e.g., relationship to family, staff) and vice-versa.

●Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

●Complete intakes, Master Treatment Plans, Updates, Progress Notes, Utilization Reviews, and Discharge Summaries in a timely manner.

● Review residential documentation and incorporate into treatment updates. Administer complete set of Ohio Scales at intake and at the prescribed intervals

●during treatment for use in facilitating family and individual therapy and for providing treatment outcomes for external stakeholders.

●Coordinate and collaborate the treatment goals with all members of the team, accessing signatures whenever needed.

●Provide Clinical Consultation and Interventions as needed.

●Consult with treatment team members on a regular basis. This may occasionally occur on a daily basis in emergent situations.

● Integrate with the overall PRTF Treatment Program by providing more individualized, clinical interventions when necessary.
