Welding inspection as per WPS.

After welding, weld visual test (VT).

Before welding inspection of all equipment & calibration report.

Make daily welding summary report.

To ensure all of components are fabricated according to approved drawing and approval of site requirements and design authority.

Closed all observation of clients before welding to after welding.

Maintain a record for all inspection point and all procedure of Pipe fit-up and welding and weld testing.

General observation for any irregularity in the progress.

Check welding defect and close then.

Daily check work permit and then start work.
