ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Worked directly with engineers, technician and artisans in remote sites, revamping and constructing new facilities within a record time, leading to award of new contracts at RA International.

I led the team of engineers and technicians to renovate the international criminal court facility (ICC); the project was achieved 100% as planned timely and within budget at RA International.

I increased performance of the engineering team during a critical Q4 by 15%, to successfully meet end-of-year KPIs at RA International.

I undertook 48 active building projects from research to development to inspection and completion in under 2 years at RA International.

I lead a team in all phases of the design and construction process on 6 major infrastructure projects for the United Nations Mission, including Project Camp Fidèle à Bangui (The largest UN Camp in Central Africa Republic), Rwanda Contingent Camp (near Ubangi River), Mauritania at RA International.

As team leader I was able to construct four 132/33KVA sub-stations concurrently within two years. I introduce onsite material quality control and assurance checks and involved in design of substation at Greenmarcels Construction Inc.

I developed material take-offs, material specifications and data sheets, prepare cost estimates for scope definition and for project funding at Greenmarcels Construction Inc.

I was able to Re-organize precast and concrete batching section, Spearheaded and achieved the timely construction of 14 units of 5 bedroom duplex in 6 months at Greenmarcels Construction Inc.

I was introduced to major service procedures that retained client and enhanced referrals at Greenmarcels Construction Inc.

Optimizing my budget & collected meaningful data that resulted in significant cost savings by 25% at Greenmarcels Construction Inc.

Responsibilities:

Worked hand-in-hand with clients and company to design and supervise the construction of buildings, reinforced walls, slabs, water treatment plants, drainages, roads, airports, tunnels, bridges, channels, irrigation systems, pipelines, power stations, sewages and environmental systems in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards within timeline and budget constraints. In our routine feedback survey, 90% of all clients were satisfied with our work.

Role: QC Inspector- Construction/Fabrication

Responsibilities:

Visual Inspection and Dimensional checking using latest electronics and total stations to conduct before and after welding checks on all pre-fabricated and fabricated items to insure the dimensions are within specifications.

Maintain dimensional survey equipment and keep proper documentation of dimensional control reports to meet project requirements and QA/QC audit standards.
