OBJECTIVE

I am interested in working with a team where I may contribute my experience as a construction superintendent with over 28 years of professional experience. My previous experience includes working as a construction project superintendent for a general contractor, independent contractor; and construction manager for large construction projects at Lennar, MBK Homes, and Greystone Homes. ● Establish specific site objectives and schedules.

● Act as site liaison with subcontractors, vendors, client contacts and design team

● Coordination of all site activities including the project schedule, site general conditions cost, quality control, project final delivery and punch-out.

● Assistance with conducting initial site investigation to supporting the bid preparation phase of a project.

● Manage large construction projects and coordinated with Owner/Architect on remediation, schedule, changes, and overall construction schedule.
