Prior to moving an aircraft from the build area to the delivery center, manufacturing, inspection and quality engineering personnel performed a shake/inspection of the entire aircraft (both mechanical and electrical installations) to identify any discrepancies and the responsible manufacturing department would rework/replace the discrepant part or installation prior to turning the aircraft to the delivery center/west ramp.

Utilizing Six Sigma & SPC processes to prepare reports of quality trends and corrective actions.

Analyze inspection functions for statistical sampling applications and prepared inspection plans and monitored their use.

Provided support to Corrective Action Board Level I & II at the Delivery Center.
