INDUSTRIAL ROLE

Knowledge in LD convertor Blowing, ARS Operations and LRF melting.

Knowledge in Primary as well as Secondary steel making.

Ability to make steel for LRF route and direct route with minimum or no rejection.

Have hands on experience in managing the overall operations of the Convertor area.

Effectively coordinated with the field engineers, operators and cross functional teams and ensured strict adherence to SOP to make sure proper functioning of the system.

Proactively handled various emergency situations like power, instrument and utility medium failures.

Working with cross functional teams to achieve the lowest cost of production and we’re in the halfway by cutting Rs.1.5 Crores/month in COP.

Ensured safe and efficient control of work through the use of Work Permit System with compliance to Safety standards and practices.

Basic SAP knowledge
